We have very fond memories of our visit to Burgundy and your very informative tour. It is one of the main highlights of our short visit to France. We are one of the 2 couples that took your tour on 22 August.

Good explanation of the wine-making process was thorough and detailed. The pickup service is nice. It would be better if it could be easier for us to contact the local office when we arrive in Dijon and try to call the local contact number to confirm the trip. June 2008

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed both wineries that we visited and learned so much about the region. The wine was great, too! March 2008

Thank you for arranging the wine tour for us! We found a great hotel on your recommendation and had some great meals in Nuit. The tour was very informative, especially with the local history. It was a very pleasant way to see the area. I will definitely be recommending it for someone touring the area. Juliane was very pleasant (a great driver on those narrow roads too).

Please know that we both enjoyed yesterday's wine tour through the Burgundy region. The contrast between your region and that of Bordeaux was particularly fascinating for anyone ( like us ) who is interested in winemaking. So easy, to be met at the station, then taken in comfort and with a friendly local guide through such a picturesque array of villages and finally dropped back at the station.

For any travellers who are interested in wine but do not have the time for an extended tour, a day trip from Paris using the TGV and your tour is an ideal solution.
We highly recommend it.

Many thanks for the wonderful tour this morning. Me and my wife had an excellent time and our guide was entertaining and fantastically knowledgable. I increased my (admittedly small) knowledge of wine tenfold.

Adam and I had a wonderful time on our wine tour with you last week. Thank you for the time you spent with us.

We have now returned to Washington DC and are getting settled back into our lives and work. I have been sharing what you taught us about wines from burgundy with my wine-loving friends here.

We truly enjoyed our afternoon tour of the beautiful Cote de Nuits in May. We highly recommend your services to anyone considering a trip to Dijon and the Cote d'Or. Couldn't be easier or more convenient, plus we adored our very charming guide. Merci!

I learned so much and especially look forward to drinking a number of the wines you introduced me to.

We very much enjoyoed the tour on August 7. We have been on a few vineyard tours before, but we learned more by far than any of the others. The information was very practical and clear. And on the drive home we heard a lengthy broadcast on BBC about the French wine industry which was quite timely. I would recommend this tour to others wholeheartedly.

Thank you and best regards

Thank you for the nice tour (on 16th Mar).

I was impressed with the beautiful hills, the interesting histories and the mystic caves of Cote d'Or. Especially, it was the precious experience that I could feel 'Terroir' by myself. The next day of our tour, as I said, I visitted Cote de Nuits again by bicycle (but tired a little).

Now, I would like to visit Cote d'Or again near the future. I'm looking forward to see you again!!

Merci (^-^)/~

Just so you know, our wine tour with you was one of the absolute highlights of our whole trip (which included a week in Paris, several days in Florence, and a week at a villa in Umbria), even for our daughter, Diana, who now fancies herself a wine expert, and wants to go wine tasting in California next summer. So thanks for a great day for us, we learned a lot and had a wonderful time. We'll recommend you and your company to anyone we know going to France.

Thanks very much,

I wanted to say thank you for a wonderful tour of the Cote-D'Or! My husband and I thought the tour was educational as well as beneficial to our understandings of the wines in that region. Next time we'll do a 2-day tour!

Tim and I thank you for the wonderful tour we had on March 28. We are so glad we decided to use your service instead of trying to navigate the area on our own--we only wish we had taken the full day tour! I've recommended you to a friend who will be in France in April, and I hope we will be able to return soon. Please keep us posted on your activities--we wish you well!

Thank you again for making our trip so pleasant and effortless, and truly for the service 'above and beyond!' I have spoken with the Davies and the Camps (who are all safely home again) and we all agreed that having Wine Voyages take care of our driving needs was the best idea of the trip. We will certainly urge any of our friends who are traveling through Burgundy to contact you, and of course you will hear from us when we have made a definite date for October. It was a pleasure to meet you and to spend time with you. We look forward to seeing you again in Burgundy. Sincerely, Carlos Arango, M.D.

I just wanted to pass you a note to thank you for the incredible tour. I will pass your name along to anyone who expresses an interest in France or wine. You treated our group with a courtesy and kindness that most people think are lost in today's society. To all the people who visit this web site, book a tour. The TGV takes you from Paris to Dijon and the good folks at Wine and Voyages can pick you up there. That is such a convenient joy! The wine tastings I attended were fabulous and we all felt at ease giving our layman's opinion on the selections. It was wonderful. Best wishes and a prosperous future to you! Susan Dmytryshyn

A friend and I ventured to Burgundy this summer and took the half day tour of the vineyards. We thoroughly enjoyed it and got an education to boot! I finally learned how to read a wine label among other things. Our guide was extremely informative in addition to being very personable and the intimate atmosphere of a small group made it all the more fun and interesting. My only regret was that we couldn't book the full day tour which had filled up when we decided to reserve. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to see the beautiful countryside of France and enjoy some good wine and good company. Book early so you won't be disappointed.

I can't begin to tell you how impressed Andy and I were with the tour we took last week with you. Your presentation, knowledge and understanding of the area helped to make our experience in Burgundy more fulfilling. We both love wine and have taken many tours in other parts of the world but you explained things better than anyone I have ever seen. We were both so impressed with your ability to make the information understandable in a "simple person's language". It made our trip to Burgundy, which is special unto itself, even more special. Thanks.
ow, and you'll have to teach me!! D'accord? DOUMO ALIGOTE!! Merci beaucoup and keep in touch!!

Thank you very much for a facinating tour. I was impressed by your knowledge on the region and the wine (and your driving technique in such narrow roads)! The visit this time was in the foggy and chilly weather. Next time, I would like to visit in a warmer and sunny season. Thank you again for a wonderful time!

herewith we want to say thank you very much for the nice and interesting wine-tour on the a.m. date. It was a great day in the wineyards. Now we are at home and relaxing while having a good glass of wine. Best wishes and all the best for you and your wine voyages P.S. If some of our friends are going to visit Dijon, we will recommend you as the best guide in France.

It's been nearly two years since I discovered your website while at work as a 'stagiere' in Paris and decided to take my first journey to the French countryside. To this day, I'm so very grateful to have met you and spent one of the greatest weekends of my time in France in Burgundy, with you. Thank you for making a beautiful, sunny, summer morning in the vineyards into a very happy memory that I'll have for the rest of my life!
